Cancellation Policy

Because we work very quickly to process and ship your order, the cancellation window is limited.  Orders may be cancelled only if they have not already shipped or begun the shipping process. Once the shipping process for an order has begun, the order may no longer be canceled. To request an order cancellation, please call Customer Care at (903) 927-3502.

Pricing Policy

Orders are accepted for immediate shipment with the understanding that payment will reflect the price in effect at time of order submission. All prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not apply to previously placed orders.

Return Policy

We hope you love the items you purchase from us; however, if for some reason you don’t, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise credit will be issued within 10 business days once a returned item has been received and inspected at our home office.  Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and must be in their original packaging to quality for a refund.  (Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way.) The following items may not be returned:

  • Closeout Items
  • Items marked non-returnable (as stated on the item description page before placing your order)

Returning an Item Made Easy

  1. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our Customer Service Department within 30 days of delivery. You can contact us at 800.246.1826 or via email.
  2. For your return to be eligible, items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please refrain from assembling or modifying the product, as refunds will not be issued for such items.
  3. Please be aware that a 10% Restocking Fee will be applied to undamaged items returned."

You will receive a refund to your original form of payment with return shipping deducted from your refund. We will process any refunds after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in their original packaging. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. Our Customer Care Representatives are here to assist you in resolving the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to return the damaged item and/or provide a photo for documentation purposes. We'll then assess your preferences and product availability to determine whether a refund or replacement is most suitable.
